An inspiration by Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House founder Tom Goodchild, “Tom Goodchild’s Moose Factory” was created in 1996 undergoing a twelve thousand square foot renovation in 2000 making it one of Canada’s largest food and beverage operations with a seating capacity over 700 guests. Under the corporate umbrella of The Sawmill Restaurant Group, this singular branded operation joined the corporate banner as The Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House, Calgary Trail, in January 2019.
